o Able to knowledge basic of architecture drawing.
o Able to knowledge of carpentry.
o Able to knowledge of mason.
o Able to rectify furniture and furniture build up.
o Able to rectify about marble and tile floor.
o Able to rectify and retouch up painting inside and outside building.
o At least 1 year working as a building engineer in a hotel or large building.
o Grade 3 - Diploma.
o English fair
To ensure that ongoing day to day maintenance as well as preventative maintenance is carried out on all electrical equipment ensuring their efficient performance and reliability in accordance with engineering procedures
o Service Charge
